Haflinger-UHLN, International Haflinger – Initial registration life number

System UELN = Universal Equine Life Number

The breed breeding organisations are also responsible for assigning the UELN system number to animals not entered in the stud book, provided that membership of the breed can be assumed, which can be determined on the basis of the “sections” in block 3 of the 15-character code.
